PRODUCTION TIMES

Many pieces, unless otherwise stated, are handmade to order - please allow up to 7 working days for production. You will be notified when your item is ready, and a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering. Please be aware that shipping time is not included in production time.

SHIPPING

I make every effort to get your purchase to you as soon as possible - you'll receive an email as soon as your order has shipped! I offer $5 flat rate shipping on all domestic jewelry orders (free in California with code 'LAZYCA') and free shipping for jewelry orders over $50. Gift boxes have a flat rate of $10.
I currently only offer domestic US shipping, but am happy to provide quotes for international shipping. Please note, any customs or import charges that may be implied by the recipient country or state, is the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I'm happy when you’re happy, and I proudly stand behind my products. If you are less than satisfied with your order, please send me an email. All shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Damaged goods due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted for refund.
